what happens to your body if you work out for 24 hours straight do you get stronger faster do you lose weight or do you gain weight while we’re going to answer those questions because all of us are working out for the next 24 hours straight before we started this challenge we actually took pictures and wait everyone so we can see the before and after body transformation we’re also going to be doing extreme challenges every other hour. Either going to end in a reward for a punishment

I’m really glad that we’re all doing this video because I’ve been reading the comments we all know Alex needs to lose weight

as you can see we were Fitness like we’re here to make sure we do all of our work out for the best scientific form and also the first time we’re going to be doing a 100m dash in the last two people with the slowest times have to run a mile for their punishment

why do we run your mile alright we’re going to work out some more so we’re on our way to the next location and ask you guys already know we worked out for the entire twenty-four hours even when we’re in the car

it’s way past my bedtime, to be a snitch but I just fell asleep in a corner and we’re supposed to be working out for 24 hours straight what do you think we should do

all right so we’re now on our 23 of working out and for this challenge we’re going to see who can do the most pushups in 30 seconds and a roll

okay I can’t do anymore

let me check how much are speeding stripe improved by our bodies 24 hours of rest or going to come back tomorrow and see how much weight will either gain or loss

keep in mind I was 186.8 and now let’s see how much I weigh

2.8 lb the most so far it’s alright

lost weight 2.3 lb but I feel like I got the most back and shapes are speed and strength so these are all of our previous times for the 100m dash and now a 24-hour strike where does see how much faster we go

it’s the 24-hour workout time 10.27 * 10.43 that’s a huge original time was way longer than that but 13-second yeah it’s alright we’re going to see how much our strength is improving

I did 33 which means that in nineteen more than my last 128 which means I did eight more the last night I did 7:00 so I got three more than my last one more hours working out
