Emails and Correspondence We keep emails as evidence of correspondence with our customers which may be required to resolve customer disputes or as proof of work carried out or services delivered. In-line with record keeping guidelines provided by HMRC, we retain this information for 7 years.

Emails are automatically deleted after 7 years.
Note: This includes copies of contact form messages which are forwarded to our contact email address.

Origin Ten App Any in format uploaded to the app will be stored until it is deleted by the app  or will be erased after their user account has been inactive for a period of 18 months. After inactive period of 18 months
Website Submissions Any data submitted to us via the contact or review forms on our website will be retained on our database for 3 months. Alt entries will be automatically deleted following this period.
Reviews published on the website may be deleted on request from the author.
