Fabulous. Does what is intended & support have been amazing I’m very new to all of this with finding the right mix of plug-ins to glue together to create a seamless and robust community site.
I initially started trying to use wpusermanager but one of the key things for us is to use avatars that match a specific game we all play rather than being locked into a gravitar, so I got a refund from them and spent a whole lot less on the pro version of profilepress.
So after a lot of messing around and about 5 false starts with the site and “buking” it each time, I quickly ran out of concurrent site licences as I hadn’t deactivated before wiping the site. Support were amazing and very quick to understand what had happened and release the licences I had locked away.
Support have been amazing with my further misunderstanding of functionality and some of the setup, and they have readily “held my hand” to help me get the members list and profile forms and functions sorted.
I am really impressed with how responsive support have been! Tweaking this. Adjusting that. Very, very helpful folk!
It works well This plugin works, and does what it is supposed to do. Customer service is very good and they helped me when I needed it.

This should be illegal Changing the plugin to something completely difference should be illegal. Or at least WP.org repo should remove this plugin completely for deceitful practices.
Lost its way Just discovered that the community forked WP User Avatar and is now called “One User Avatar | User Profile Picture” and at the same time realized I had forgotten to leave a review when this bloated commercialized mess all started. Here you go…
Broke stuff It broke some of my other plugins and made website slower.
