so we just tried out the Google Assistant Ripper to mode and it works pretty well you do have to pause a lot to wait for the translation to happen so if you partially understand the other language you can’t just interrupt somebody in the middle and say hey I do know what you’re saying let me just be talking because then transmission is interrupted it doesn’t work, what could be in the sand and not shrimp which might be problematic for tourists coming by but for the most part is pretty fluid I would say the translation has been pretty good the new interpreter mode will be piloting today at hotel concierge desk in New York San Francisco and here in Las Vegas

hey guys welcome to another gauging gadgets Google tutorial video in this video I’m going to show you how to change your Google settings so that it shows everything in English this would be useful if for some reason you’ve gone to Google or one of the Google products and it’s showing everything in a different language I’ll walk you through the steps and give you different landmarks through their settings so that you can easily go in there and fix the language issue even though you can’t read any of the words because they’re in a different language so is an example I’ve changed my settings to French and I’ll be changing them to English in this tutorial what’s going to get started the first thing you need to do is go to google.com and if you get lost check the description of this video of a detailed right up to help you so much we get to google.com go over to the top right of the webpage and select the circle right here is your avatar what’s a little tile opens up for going to select the blue rectangle

this will take us to our account settings another were in the account settings over in the left side we’re here we’re going to be selecting the sidebar option that has this little toggle switch so you can see right here select that this will bring us to the settings that allow us to personalize our Google experience in the status bar right here you should see data and personalization I’ll have a link in the description that will bring you here as well once you’re there scroll down

until you see the tools so you should see a wrench and then a screwdriver

the first option is going to be the language option go ahead and select that and then once you’re on the language page select the little edit button which looks like a pencil

now all we need to do and here is search English
