Every think great We started with mollie especially because PayPal Payment method was often canceled (woocommerce, germanized) Almost each 3 Oder were not completed about paypal.
Since we have started in april, the most of paypal order were completed (98 – 99%). And we have more oder, because of additional paypment methodes.
Setup was easy and fast.
Only the Customer Service ist not soo good. Seems that you are always talking/wirting with a Computer with standard answer.
Angry I have been selling my products on the internet for 15 years. On my website and on famous marketplaces. I wanted to take the Mollie solution to have a European payement offer. After a real struggle to get started and the loss of sales, I was surprised that after 5 months of activity without any problem, Mollie closed my account without warning me and deactivated the online payment system without justifying the reason for this closure: “the products/services marketed on your website are not in line with our company policy or represent too great a risk for Mollie”. (I sell Insignias, badges, buttons, etc.). do not choose this application. Real waste of time !!!!

Very angry about support and service Unfortunately after 4 weeks starting payment via MOLLIE
The support stopped the payouts to us and requested, again, documents and information we already provided.
This verification take more than 8 weeks! Over 10.000 Euro still pending at MOLLIE and we could pay out invoice, hat e best customers canceled orders etcâ¦
MOLLIE make more trouble and the support angry because of âunprofessional answers!
No-trust level 100%… and MOLLIE claimed 300,- Euro for âunpaid moneyâ this is crime!
And still support doesn’t answer about our questions or claims

this is a problem that effects hundreds of shop owners in Germany.
Now 3 weeks later I am shocked and sad that such a huge problem is not solved within 3 weeks.
Thank you for providing the 6.2.2 version that works but what about all the people out there that did not even realize the problem?
On the one hand I am so happy to have Mollie and this plugin on the other hand I wonder if I can trust a plugin team that is not able to solve such a fundamental problem.

changed 3 to 4 starts because the developers were very responsive and explained why the acted this way… still didn’t get it but I am thankful for the Mollie plugin.
