now there’s one really simple way to do this it’s called Theo’s SEO plugin I could tell you go-go make all these on page changes and do this or that but you know what these days as he was really simple especially if you have a WordPress blog install the yoast SEO plugin all you have to do is go to section within your WordPress search for yoast SEO plugin install it and then you’re off to the races there’s a few things you need to do once you install the plug in the first thing that you need to do is create an XML sitemap that’s within the Yost plug in the automatically generates it for you once you create a site map go to Google webmaster tools and then within webmaster tools it’s actually called search console now I still call it webmaster tools cuz back in the day that’s what they used to call it when do you add your site go in there and add a site map it’s really simple you added that you are all that you just gives you once you add it it takes Google what’s a day or two to index all of your pay
they’ll either determine if they want to end up some or if they don’t want to end XM and that’s okay no more pages you feed them the more pages that you’ll get index in addition to that within the Young Thug and it pretty much does most of it for you just make sure use a really appealing title tag and a meta description the title tag doesn’t have to be the same as your blog post titled what the hell’s plug-in you can actually pick a specific title tag for that post it doesn’t have to be the same title tag as a blogpost name that’s what happens with default WordPress if you write a blog post whatever you call it tends to be the total tax but now with Yost you can pick a new one when you do a Google search you see a Blue Link at the top and then a sentence or two underneath the blue and got the top is called the title tag the sensors to or two underneath is called The Meta description that title tag top you can create a specific one just for people Googling you want to put in the keywords that you think people will be Googling for and of course make it appealing as well you can use keywords like now
try free or even include the date by doing things like that it caused more quickly when you’re including the date you don’t want to put the date that is written in you would want to put a date like updated in 2017 or updated in 2020 whatever the year maybe by doing that you’ll get more clicks as for the meta description you of course one include the keywords that you’re targeting as well as make it appealing sentence so that way people will want to click on your listing it’s that simple I can go and break down a ton of other way that you can optimize your blog using those plug-in but those are the main two ways the only thing that you need to do on urine is when you’re writing blog post make sure you cross link so if you have a post on SEO and you have another one on content marketing and that content marketing one talks about text and putting in keyword you can cross link them together by interlinking them within the text within each blog post you’ll notice that your blog posts will get called better and the rank higher you also want to make sure you use the right words and phrases
as your writing the content so if you’re trying to ring for the keyword SEO Google the word SEO look at the top site that ranks for SEO put it in the tool by SEO book it’s called the SEO keyword density analyzer you put in the URL and I’ll show you all the words and phrases people are using the RT rank at top when you get those words and phrases you’ll see him by percentage you can then integrate some of those keywords within your blog post and you’ll notice overtime your rankings will increase that’s it do those tactics and your rank higher in Google
Abandonware – No Support Reponse After 4 Months Spent way too much time trying to get this to work. Had to hire a programmer to do what this plugin said worked.
If it works for you, great. If you’re having troubles, drop it and go somewhere else.
Awful Plugin Just what I needed to connect ACF Pro to Yoast. Although I don’t need yoast to tell me if I have included everything I need to, it’s nice to see some green ticks.
After installing this plugin and writing my posts, my CPU usage went through the roof. This led to my host suspending my account until I dealt with the issue. After many hours of looking around for the culprit I came down to this one. Wasted 12 hours of my life. Thanks.
Was perfect, WP update broke it with no bug fix Since a while now (WP 5.5 update), this plugin doesn’t work anymore. Word count stays on 0 for all pages and post types.
Awesome plugin! Thank you very much for such great plugin.
Makes your site VERY slow… Issue since November 2017 -> https://github.com/Yoast/yoast-acf-analysis/issues/120. Support is terrible. Don’t use this plugin.
Excelente Plugin! Tudo certo, funcionou perfeitamente.
Works like a charm Works like a charm
Stopped Site Working – Deleted! Installed this just as my site went live and it stopped half the pages loading. Mass panic as I tracked down the cause, everything worked fine when I turned it off…deleted!
Since Update 5.5.1, and Yoast 14.9 – No longer works! Help! This no longer appears to work – we are using WP V 5.5.1, and Yoast 14.9, And ACF Pro 5.9.1… all the latest.. just doesn’t seem to pick up things like content length and outbound links etc
Readability not activated The “Text box” field is not analyzed. The “Readability” part is not activated. Is there a problem with this plugin? @yoast
