Used it for years I run a large community, and Paid Memberships pro has always worked well, been available for support – and updates as needed as new tech and billing companies come and go. Been using it since 2015, can’t imagine changing.

Beyond my expectations The free version of the plugin already seemed pretty good to me. And now that I have the paid version, I have been surprised by the quality of the support, it has exceeded my expectations. I congratulate the creators.
Low quality conception, support does not fix bugs Some bugs encountered
1) admin cannot add reccuring manual payment (check validation) -> support invites to log with each user account to do this (great idea with 100+ users)
2) admin gets e-mail to validate check payments, but does not get these users in the validation page ->
3) missing translations -> supports invites to add a third-party WP plugin to solve this
In Drupal, people work together to improve a minimal number of modules that are usually free. In WordPress, people compete to sell modules that are of low quality…
Great help when moving from MemberPress We’ve used a couple different membership plugins and hadn’t had great experience with either of them. When building our new website for CHIFOO.org, we wanted to move to another plugin and after much research decided on PaidMembership Pro. The process moving all of our existing data from MemberPress wasn’t documented, but the support team patiently answered my questions, gave me guidelines and stepped me through the process. I was able to do it myself successfully by following their detailed instructions.

Great product, great service I had tried to launch a membership program on youtube but had trouble with payment portals. Switched over to PMP and have had a great experience with them. They’re responsive to messages, quick to help, and the program is great. I’m not very technical but was able to set up a membership program with three tiers, different prices and benefits, public and members-only content, etc. Very grateful to the awesome team at PMP!
