first volunteer user lock account to connect to your Facebook page if you don’t have a user like account yet you can create a free one by clicking the link below this video
in the dashboard go to config channels under the unified messaging menu on the left
then click add Facebook Channel
choose a name for your channel you’ll see this name for internal purposes in your channel overview now enter the name of your Facebook page your customers will use this name to search for your company in the messenger and reach out to you you’ll find this information on your company’s Facebook page right under the profile picture a sign of use of language of metal spring into action for the messages that you’ll receive from messenger or widget settings like your team of operators and routing mode will take over you can also assign additional widgets for a more advanced cross-channel setup
now that you filled out the form click create channel in the pop-up window click the button login with Facebook to authorize your new channel in Facebook you’ll be navigated to your Facebook account which brings us to The Next Step note that only an admin can carry out the following changes select the page you want to connect with then Grant used to like the access required for the integration to work and your messenger is now connected to your user like account your customers can reach out to you on their favorite messenger app you’ll answer all incoming messages from the usual like message center your support hub for web and messenger support

Easy to setup and does the job. Not very demanding to set up and can be stylized on a basic level. I am happy as it doesn’t cost and had the impression that there is a serious developer team behind it.
However, the first time I installed and set it up it didn’t show up on the website straight away. So that latency confused me a bit. Other than that it is very good.
Love this tool! It is so nice to be able to offer *chat* on my small business website without having to pay for a service or expensive plugin. It works great for Facebook users and people who are not on Facebook.
Almost perfect A lot of people hate on Facebook but I love what they do. This plugin shows how much they want to help people get into business and change their world positively.
The only thing I think will make it a 5 stars for me is if I had a way to make it more loading-friendly… either by shrinking the amount of request it sends to the server (over 50!!) or simply by delaying the appearance of the bubble until after the above the fold is completely loaded in order to trick websites speed testers like Google Pagespeed and GTMetrix.

Poor support There isn’t much support available. The plugin author hasn’t responded to support topics for at least a month.
The plugin does work as expected but if you need to open a support request don’t expect a prompt response.
