Google Document or Google Docs is a wonderful choice for a word processor not only is it accessible and easy to navigate it also has a lot of convenient functionality like Smooth collaborating easy sharing an auto saving your documents to your drive however it also comes with its own limitations for instance if you use Google Docs as your word processor and creating your personal files like your own study reviewer or to-do list then you might notice that you need more than the default fonts that Google Docs offers if you’re looking to add and install custom fonts for Google Documents then here are two ways to do it

first open a new document or an existing one next click on the front at the top menu usually the text will show aerial as it’s the default font then on the drop-down menu click more fonts a window will appear with a list of funds available you can sort and filter them to your liking all your browsing you can click on whatever funds you want these will appear under my fonts on the right side of the window once you’re satisfied click okay now you’ll be able to select and use them from the main menu we understand that even the additional funds that Google Docs offers are still a bit limiting unfortunately Google Docs only allows you to have additional funds through add-ons if you’re trying to find more fun choices don’t worry we can show you to add ons to solve that problem and the good news is not only are they easy to use they’re also free the first add-on is extensive to install open a new or existing document then click add-ons from the top menu and select get

Adam on the search bar on top typing extensis fonts or simply extensive click on the add-on and select install you may be prompted to select your Google account once it’s sent this is done installing you can access it through the add-ons menu at the top just hover over extensis then click Start you can now browse and select different fonts to customize your document the second add-on is more about customizing and adding effects to the text fun text is an ad on that allows you to add huge variety of effects to your texts such as that in colors highlight scripts and more to install go to add ons then select get add-ons search fun text then install to use it simply select the text on your document that you want to change click add-ons then click fun text and choose any effect you want with these two add-ons you can add a more personal touch to your documents

O t f i t t f file you actually want to get that woff so if you already have that file sometimes spawn secluded you can skip this one step so let’s just choose this phone here cuz I have a license for that one choose yes and I download your kit

so now it’s turning it into in generating into a. Woff font file so once that’s done it’ll create a zip file that you can unzip and will then move it on over. So it’s on the thing there

two of them they’re all right so here’s the file you’ll see the woff and what you want to do now is his XO and go to media library and just dragged that right in to your media library so now it’s going to be hosted on air show at sight so once that’s done headed right back to the design settings on to the funds tab there’s a little drop down and right at the top there cuz I knew just got to type in the name

add custom font and now it’s going to be in your font Styles so once I was done you can definitely choose to change up the site style so if it’s heading
