how far is it in Pennsylvania for how I ended up here and eventually right here my friend who had an odd request explain what it is you’re looking for from me well my dream is the world’s most powerful t-shirt can a teacher cannon that could possibly kill myself a lot of time on the design I just shooting a t-shirt from an actual Cannon but to do that I would need to answer one key question

is a real Cannon and we’re about to find out 6 oz of black powder behind a t-shirt in an actual Civil War cannons see what the heck happened to science we learn that in let’s review the symbol mechanics of how can it works basically the gunpowder goes here Cannonball goes here then you like the gunpowder and it turns into a gas and expands very quickly and then the gas is more like dude it’s suddenly way too crowded in this small space for us we got to get out of here and because all these walls are way too strong the best option is down the barrel and since the ball happens to be in the way he can push along for the ride with all the escaping gas it just told me to keep my mouth open I don’t know why

I’m not sure the Jimmy Kimmel bowl is going to allow me to fire these into the crowd I might have to prove it so obviously an actual Cannon was way too powerful but then it was time for the most on brand measurement device I know

I have an engineering challenge that I need some help on are you my guy t-shirt cannons I thought it would be cool to make the world’s largest most powerful T-shirt cannon for like a local high school game here was an ordinary football game prison by showing up and tell him it was time to fire his Creation in front of 50,000 people needed his ideas on how we can design this thing

David babe I didn’t do so hot I consider which is basically a gallon of milk view point of the top see it wasn’t far enough I just want to remind you this is how far a normal wimpy teacher Cannon shoots one shirt where is our Cannon wish you need a weight of 25 shirts at this trajectory and yet it still wasn’t going to cut it and so we stay there the whole day in the ra bunch more tests I won’t bore you with but the punch line was that no matter what we tried we couldn’t make it to Guillermo in the top rope so I had to call Anthony give me the bad news and try and figure out what to do next what’s up Anthony how’s it going buddy he been hard at work waiting for the first issue of the bag rip and he suggested we replace our canvas bag with something stronger do you have another suggestion to protect our bag though

when we don’t tell me how we anticipated this would be an issue which is why he spent the last two weeks designing building and testing A system that can release a parachute after a prescribed time to lay and that’s when I realized you be my boss is sooner than I first anticipated Mexico me three modifications to make it shoot farther but before I tell you how he was exactly right we need to review how the T-shirt can actually work so things acting principal as the real Cannon but instead of using gunpowder to make it explosion to make it all super crowded with gas you take a high-pressure tank like this and put some of that high-pressure air in his accumulator tank and then once again all the gas in that tank is like it’s way too crowded we got to get out of here can you open the barrel and the teacher just happens to be in the way for the ride just like the Cannonball I just the same Principle as Shootin his football with the straw it’s the same principle that power by Nerf gun Super Soaker and pretty much any system that uses are to launch stuff so was first suggestion was a bigger tank and this makes sense because it was just in the force on the T-shirt instead of like with a small tank

just get a brief proof to mention his second idea longer Barrel so it can really get us a shoot faster the increase the size of the connecting tubes year so instead of knocking down so we went back and pretty much instituted all of Anthony suggestions in some form or another we were back in the game and so after another full day of testing this is where we stood down motor with a parachute 500 PSI roaming around here we go

we basically shot nearly two gallons of milk over a 33 building at a travel for two and a half football fields which one is Way Beyond the gear most bought plus Anthony’s parachute system kicked in and just the right moment so is kevlar bag by the way you might be wondering what’s in this massive Bagwell the world’s largest T-shirt cannon naturally the world’s largest t-shirt probably I haven’t looked it up but this is got to be the world’s largest the next step is actually had this so far and show this to the lawyers and see if they’ll let us shoot it and you’re going to have to use the smaller Barrel in payload cuz of like a steer or something I don’t know right here literally

in the nosebleed section of the stadium Anthony’s worth never again will the fine folks in the nosebleed section B Rob’s an amazing t-shirt 3rd power in an attempt to shoot a shot like this and then we can work our way up but that is not what happened

after that we decided it was prudent to reduce the power further to 1/4 full pressure which is killing me cuz if they would have let us open at 2. Our previous test we could have Uncle recoat it from this end zone out of the stadium and well into the parking lot but you know lawyers

remember this at the back of the seat of the very top row in the entire Arena and that perfectly accomplished our objective down to a few in which was a huge weight off my shoulders cuz I felt like we were locked on Anthony’s design and I remember my first experiences with engineering and I really wanted this to be a grand slam for him game day at is the team started warming up just and started filling up okay we just received word that I need a prop Barn for my buddy Adam Savage it’s a beard but it’s like a pretty cool

I have until that’s me more nervous I think about the surprise that I am about actually fighting to kannon we’re sneaking up behind Anthony he’s in his speech right now he has no idea what’s going on this is hands-down my favorite part of this job
